End of Term Arrangements

School News 12th Dec 2019

On Thursday 19th December we are inviting all pupils to take part in Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day. The whole school will be taking part, with everyone getting the chance to show the world their silly side by wearing their favourite festive knits or tops for the day. We are asking pupils to make a £1 donation, or whatever they can give, to help save children’s lives around the world.

We will collect the money as the pupils enter the main gates. If you would like to find out more about Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day, simply head to www.christmasjumperday.org.

This will also be a non-uniform day, students are asked to wear something festive whether it be a Christmas jumper or a festive pair of socks.

This year’s Christmas lunch will also be served on Thursday 19th December 2019.  The cost will be £3.00 for the full turkey meal and a Christmas dessert. Students can pay for their Christmas lunch on the day. There will be a limited menu of cold food available on this day if your child does not opt for a Christmas lunch along with a vegetarian option, so anybody who wants a wrap or sandwich will be able to purchase one.

Students will be finishing at the normal time of 3.00 pm on the last day of term.
