On Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th February, all Year 11 students took part in a mock interview with a local employer or education provider. Mock interviews allow students to practice their interview technique in preparation for interviews for the next stage in their education or employment. Students were asked a range of questions about their strengths, areas for development, achievements which they are proud of and key skills they could offer employers. Students were given feedback on their interview so that they can develop their technique for next time they are interviewed.
