This week, our PHASE department had the pleasure of welcoming Councillor Jackie Brockway, who treated our students to a truly immersive learning experience.
To bring the world of Cogheart by Peter Bunzl to life, Jackie arrived with an incredible collection of Steampunk outfits for students to try on. The room was filled with excitement as pupils stepped into character and explored the imaginative, Victorian-inspired world they have been reading about.
Experiences like this are a great example of Wickersley Partnership Trust’s Enrichment Promise in action, providing meaningful opportunities that broaden horizons and enhance learning.
