Mrs Cathy Burgess will be retiring at the end of term on Wednesday 20th December after working at The Gainsborough Academy and previously Castle Hills School for a total of 34 years.
A few members of staff celebrated with Mrs Burgess with an amazing afternoon tea. She will greatly missed by so many people and we would like to thank her for all her hard work and dedication to the school over the years.
