Last half term, we introduced our very first Staff Proud Podium. The Student Proud Podium has become an important part of how we celebrate and recognise student achievements, and we wanted to make sure our staff were recognised in the same way.
Students were invited to nominate members of staff who have supported them during their time at the academy by writing a personalised postcard. In the final week of half term, these postcards were delivered to staff – and, of course, each recipient had their photo taken with the Proud Podium!
We would like to say a huge thank you to all of our staff for their continued dedication, care, and hard work in supporting our students every day.
