For the second time at The Gainsborough Academy, we flipped the script on our usual Proud Podium – this time, giving our pupils the chance to celebrate the staff who make a real difference to them. From teachers and teaching assistants to pastoral, administrative, and catering colleagues, students wrote heartfelt, personal notes of thanks. They recognised the many people who make TGA such a special place to learn and work, and every message was a reminder of our strong community.
The cards were delivered on our final day of term, which was a lovely way to wrap things up and send our incredible team into the summer knowing just how much they are appreciated. Well done, everyone!
