Recently, TGA held its second World of Work Day, this time for our Year 8 students. The event gave students the opportunity to meet and learn from professionals working in a range of industries, helping them to explore different career pathways and think about their future aspirations.
We were delighted to welcome representatives from West Lindsey District Council, Lincolnshire Police, Lincoln City Foundation, AMP Rose, early years professionals from a nursery setting, and our very own Wickersley Partnership Trust Media Team.
Students engaged brilliantly with the sessions, listening to our speakers, asking questions, and taking part in a variety of activities. It was a fantastic opportunity to broaden their understanding of the world of work and the many opportunities available to them in the future.
